New CEO appointed – Focus on Growth, Innovation and Sustainability

MH Modules AB has appointed Carl-Mikael Andersson as new CEO following Peter Nilssons decision to step down from his position.

With extensive and diverse experience in the engineering industry, automation sector and technical inspection, Carl-Mikael takes on the role with the goal of strengthening the company’s market position and driving development toward increased sustainability and digitalisation.

He succeeds Peter Nilsson, who steps down after nearly five years as CEO.
-It has been a very eventful and rewarding experience to lead the company I’ve worked for over the past 25 years. I have full confidence in our new CEO, and we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition for Carl-Mikael in his new role, says Peter Nilsson, who will return to his previous position as Sales Manager and COO.

Carl-Mikael Andersson will assume the position on May 26, 2025.
